Although, NFA has jurisdiction over ikigai and its Commodity Pool, you should be aware that NFA does not have regulatory oversight authority for underlying or spot market virtual currency products or transactions or virtual currency exchanges, custodians or markets. You should also be aware that given certain material characteristics of these products, including lack of a centralized pricing source and the opaque nature of the virtual currency market, there currently is no sound or acceptable practice for NFA to adequately verify the ownership and control of a virtual currency or the valuation attributed to a virtual currency by Ikigai.

Investments in alternative investment vehicles entail substantial risk and are not intended as a complete investment program. Alternative investments are designed only for sophisticated investors who are able to bear the economic risk of losing all of their investment. Alertnative Investments: (1) Often engage in leveraging and other speculative investment practices that may increase the risk of investment loss; (2) Can be highly illiquid; (3) Are not required to provide periodic pricing or valuation information to investors; (4) May involve complex tax structures and delays in distributing important tax information; (5) Are not subject to the same regulatory requirements as mutual funds; and (6) Often charge high fees.
